Today before my hockey game i was sitting on the couch. The child and youth worker of the school saw me sitting with my homie danny as we were having such intelect conversation about sports. She said if i did not go to class i would not be aloud to participate in my hockey game this evnening. She supposts me in every way to try and get me to do better so i do not skip class so i can receive my credits for school. Therefore allowing to fullfill my goals of my apprenticeship for machining or welding. I guess hockey is not the most important thing. EDUCATION FIRST.

As the winter break just ended and the new year just begining. Every year at this time hockey brings on somthing a little more special. IIHF hosts a junior turnemint for young men and teens under the age of 19 from variouse countrys including United States, Canada, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland,etc. Not only is it one of the most scouted turnements for hingher leagues like NHL or the KHL but these young athalets are the best young hockey feenams in their countrys.As Canada entered the first day as alwasy they are ranked one of the top but in quarter finals lost to the hosts, the Finds. Canada was leading finland 2-0 in the first then 3-2 in the second but in the third finland came with sum clutch goals and beat Canada 5-4, ending Canada`s chance at even placing for a medal.

To some people hockey is an exiting game to watch.To others, it is a life style,a way of life, some may say. From ages of 5 years go as far as men in the late 40's who have that passion for the game.my hockey career was short as most kids would say. I had to stop play in the year i would've been in midget major. Some kids cant handle it some times and neither there parents as well. I cringe from the thought off play on the ice and crushing someone. These blogs will be on the facts of Canadian players in the NHL and there jobs as a professional hockey player. The season has recently just started and there is crazy talk about the new "to be wayne Gretzgy" known as Connor Mcdavid, which i the 2015 draft, was picked by the Edmonton oilers. Not the greatest place to start off a young career with most of the last couple of years first round picks as well. With the reputation of edmonton taking some of the best junior players yet and spitting them out. Can Mcdavid be the hero that they said he was going to be, " The next sidney crosby" most have been saying.
